Swati Maliwal had alleged that he was beaten up in the government residence of Arvind Kejriwal while holding the post of CM of Delhi. Swati Maliwal accused Bibhav Kumar, close to Arvind Kejriwal, of beating. Bibhav Kumar was also arrested by Delhi Police in this case. Aam Aadmi Party Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh had said in front of the media that Swati Maliwal was beaten and Arvind Kejriwal would take action against the accused.
