New Delhi. Tahwwur Rana finally got success in bringing India to India. The special aircraft that brought Tahwwur Rana from the US at Palam Airport in Delhi was landing at 6.22 am. After landing, Tahwwur Rana was arrested by the NIA under the UAPA. With this, the process of extradition of Rana, the mastermind of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, was completed. From here Rana will be produced in the NIA court where his remand will be sought. Before this he will be given medical treatment. After this, Tehwavur Rana will be placed in the remand room built in Tihar Jail in Delhi. He will be questioned there.
NIA Special Judge Chandrajit Singh will appear in the court of Tehwwur Rana. Tehwavur will be advocated by lawyer Piyush Sachdeva. Tight security arrangements have also been made in Tihar Jail. Green Corridor has been set up to take NIA Special Court to NIA Special Court and Tihar Jail. Common movement has been stopped all over the way and security personnel are deployed at various places. It is believed that after getting the remand, the NIA team will start interrogating Tawwur Rana tonight. On the other hand, the Congress is patting its back on the extradition of Tahwwur Rana. At the same time, BJP has retaliated on the Congress.
Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister P. Chidambaram is attributing the Congress -led UPA government for the extradition of Tehwavur Rana. He said that today the hard work of the former UPA government has paid off. Chidambaram said, the Modi government has no contribution in Rana’s extradition, for this the UPA government started talks with the US and it is a person of strategic diplomacy of our government. On the other hand, BJP national spokesperson Shahzad Poonawala surrounded the Congress and said that when the 26/11 attack took place, the Congress was taking a soft stand for the terrorists, worrying about its vote bank, instead of taking action on the terrorists. Not only this, instead of exposing Pakistan, the Congress blamed the Indian agencies.
