The British Rock Band ‘Coldplay’ thanked fans for the love he had during the last two weeks in his visit to India. The band performed its final music of the tour of India in Ahmedabad under its ‘Music of the Sphiers World Tour’.
The band of Chris Martin, Gai Beriman, Johnny Buckland and Will Champion started his India tour from Mumbai on January 18 and gave three performances there. After this, he organized two more concerts on 25 and 26 January in Ahmedabad.
Coldplay wrote on ‘X’ a few hours after the presentation at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday, “Thank you Ahmedabad, thank you India. We will never forget these two weeks. Your love will always be with us. ”
Coldplay, known for songs like ‘Him for the Weekend’, ‘The Scientist’, ‘Clox’, ‘Yellow’ and ‘Speed of Sound’, first performed in India in 2016 at the Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai.
During the presentations, Martin won the hearts of the audience by talking in Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati. He also thanked Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and cricketer Jaspreet Bumrah. Bumrah also reached the concert in Ahmedabad on Sunday.
On Sunday, singer Chris Martin enchanted the audience with his performance by singing ‘Vande Mataram’ at the Coldplay Band program and also congratulated the Republic Day.
