Elephant ran to attack forest department employees
On Monday, a wild elephant attacked the forest department employees in Arehalli village in Belur taluka in Hassan district of Karnataka. The incident created panic among the villagers and forest department employees there. The elephant suddenly wandered from the forest to the village fields, after which the forest department employees reached the spot to send him back to the forest.
Employees arrived to return to the forest
After the efforts of the employees of the department, a team of emergency work force (ETF) also reached an alert to handle the situation. When team members Prashant and Sunil tried to return the elephant to the forest, the wild elephant suddenly tried to attack them. The elephant tried to attack both of them running. In such a situation, both the workers could hardly escape.
It can be seen in the video that the race behind the two employees in elephant speed is trying to catch them. However, the quick efforts of the forest workers and the ETF team saved both employees narrowly. The video of the incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media.

“The families of the deceased have been instructed to give immediate compensation. These incidents are happening in the morning and evening,” he said. He appealed to the people living on the banks of the forest to follow the guidelines issued by the Forest Department regarding the movement of elephants.
