Foreign Minister giving a statement in Rajya Sabha
New Delhi: External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar responded to the issue of Deputy in Rajya Sabha and said that Indians living illegally were sent back. No for the first time the Deportation is done. The Foreign Minister also counted the old figures in his statement. He said that since the year 2012, people have been sent back from the military plane under Departation. He did not misbehave with Indians. Those sent were given toilet brakes.
Talking to US government: Foreign Minister
Speaking in the Rajya Sabha, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said that we are interacting with the US government to ensure that there is no misbehavior with the exiles who return. Jaishankar said that it is the responsibility of all countries that if their citizens are found to be illegally living abroad, then they should be withdrawn.

The Foreign Minister said in the Rajya Sabha that Indians living illegally have been sent back from America. Deportation is not new, this is not the first time. People living illegally have been sent by military plane since 2012. No one was misbehaved with anyone in the flight. Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar said that American policy is not applicable to only one country.
Opposition raised the matter in Parliament
At the same time, many MPs of opposition parties criticized the government on Thursday for the way of sending Indians living illegally in the US and questioned the behavior being done with the migrants. Opposition MPs, including Congress leaders Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Akhilesh Yadav, demonstrated in the Parliament complex in protest against the behavior of Indians by US officials. Some opposition leaders staged a protest wearing handcuffs.
Claim of handcuffs in hands and feet
On Wednesday, an American military aircraft reached Amritsar with 104 illegal Indian migrants. This is the first batch of Indians deported by the Donald Trump government under action against illegal migrants. The exiles claimed that during the entire journey, their hands and feet were handcuffed and they were opened only after landing at Amritsar Airport.
