Transfer to another state
You can register your car out of Delhi in another state by taking NOC (No Objection Certificate).
Get scraped
You can scrap the vehicle in the authorized scraping center. For Vvsa portal Can be used.
Road tax exemption will be available to buy a new car on scraping.
What will happen if the rules are broken?
If you drove the old car or parked in public place, then:
The car can be confiscated
A fine ranging from ₹ 5,000 to ₹ 10,000
Later, such vehicles will not get fuel from petrol pump.
