Greater Noida’s Yamuna Authority (YEIDA) has started preparations to bring a scheme of 1274 flats in Sector-22D. These flats will be available in different sizes, including 29.76 sq m, 54.76 sq m, and 99.86 sq m flats.
Scheme Details:
A total of 7148 flats were built in Sector 22D of Yamuna City. Out of these, 5874 flats have already been sold. 3367 allottees had got the lease deed done, while 1274 buyers had surrendered the flats. Now the authority is preparing to bring a new scheme for these 1274 vacant flats, which can be launched by the end of this month.
Possession process: Those allottees who have got the registration done for their flats but have not taken possession yet, will also be given possession soon by organising camps.
Along with this scheme, Yamuna Authority has also made preparations to bring plans for other plots, which will further expand the residential schemes in the area of Greater Noida and Yamuna City.
