The Meteorological Department has warned of light to moderate rains and hailstorms in Jhadgram, East and West Medinipur, Bankura, Purulia, Hooghly and Howrah. Along with this, there is a possibility of strong wind and lightning in Birbhum, Murshidabad and 24 Parganas districts. The temperature of the state may fall by three to four degrees in the next two days.
