According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall and snowfall at different places in Jammu and Kashmir-Laddh-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand during the next 24 hours. During 27 February to 1 March, there may be light to moderate rainfall with thunder and electricity in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan. On February 27 and 28, strong winds (speeds of 30–40 kmph) are expected to run in Punjab and Haryana.
