Shadab shams
Opposition and Muslim organizations, who landed against the Waqf Amendment Bill, have suffered a major setback before the bill is introduced. Uttarakhand Waqf Board Chairman Shadab Shams has supported the Waqf Board Amendment Bill to be introduced in the Lok Sabha today. He also said that those who are opposing this bill are not Muslims. He said that some Muslim organizations want to make poor Muslims a goat for their political gains.
PM praised Modi
Shadab Shams said, “Poor Muslims have expectations from PM Modi and that’s why we have named this amendment bill ‘hope. Union Minister Kiren Rijiju is a ray of hope. PM Modi government has decided that they will bring poor Muslims to the mainstream. This is ’70 years vs. Modi tenure’.
‘Some Muslim organizations want to go to Rajya Sabha through back door’
He further said, “The opposition had 70 years and did what he could do. He looted Waqf. The rich looted the rights of the poor … They are scaring Muslims saying that mosques will be taken away. Those who are protesting are not Muslims. He is a political Muslim of Congress, Samajwadi Party, AAP and Janata Dal. He is behind NGOs and committees like Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind and Muslim Personal Law Board, who want to go to Rajya Sabha from the back door … They are all Waqf beneficiaries. They are worried that it will be taken away from them. We are sure that PM Modi will pass the Waqf Amendment Bill and will give poor Muslims their rights. “
AIMPLB wrote a letter to secular parties and MPs
At the same time, let us tell you that after coming with the JDU and TDP on the Waqf Amendment Bill, the plan of opponents of the Waqf Bill has now failed, despite its Muslim organization is not ready to give up. A letter has been written by the All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) to all secular parties and their MPs in which they have been appealed to vote against the Waqf Amendment Bill. This letter has been written by AIMPLB President Khalid Saifullah Rahmani to MPs.
