A new guideline has been released for all registed vehicle scrapping facilites (RVSFS) by Transport Department in Delhi. In this guideline issued, it has been said that before seizing the overseas vehicle, let him check the driver at least once to make sure that he could not get any valuables in the vehicle.
Vehicle drivers have lodged a complaint
In fact, a complaint has been lodged by the drivers in this case, stating that once the vehicle is seized, they are not allowed to be checked again, due to which the vehicle remains precious goods or documents.
In October last year, investigation was initiated against vehicles that are being used even after the age limit is over. Such vehicles are seized by checking in different areas. After seizing the over age vehicle, the driver also has to provide ‘Certificate of Deposit’ and ‘Certificate of Vehicle Scraping’ by RVSF.
