After a long wait, TVS Motor Company has launched its new-generation Jupiter in the Indian market on Thursday. After Honda Activa, TVS Jupiter is the second best-selling entry-level scooter. After about 11 years, TVS has launched the new Jupiter 110 which is better in design, mileage, connectivity and color. Let’s know everything about it.
1. Design of the 2024 TVS Jupiter 110:
The new TVS Jupiter comes with a new and sharp design. It has Infinity LED daytime running lights (DRLs), integrated turn signals with new turn indicators. It also has LED tail lights at the rear.
The 2024 Jupiter 110 has a tank capacity of 5.1 liters which is under the floorboard. It has a large 33L boot house that can easily accommodate two half-face helmets. The new Jupiter 100 comes with 12-inch wheels and 90/90-12 tires and 220mm front disc brakes.
2. Powertrain of 2024 TVS Jupiter 110:
The 2024 model features a new 113cc engine that can produce a maximum power of 8hp and a peak torque of 9.8Nm. It also gets ‘iGO Assist’ micro-hybrid technology and a new battery that recharges from the engine on deceleration, improving efficiency.
3. Features of 2024 TVS Jupiter 110:
The new TVS Jupiter 110 gets a Bluetooth-compatible digital display that supports turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and voice assistance. The company also offers SmartXConnect applications that boost connected features.
4. 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 Price:
The new TVS Jupiter 110 comes in four variants – Drum, Drum Alloy, Drum SmartXconnect, and Disc SmartXconnect. Its starting price is Rs 73,700. The company has not yet revealed the complete variant-wise price list.
5. Mileage of 2024 TVS Jupiter 110:
According to the company, the mileage of 2024 TVS Jupiter 110 is 62 kmpl. The weight of this scooter is 106 KG and new technology has been installed in it for better efficiency.
