On Hindi language controversy, MNS chief Raj Thackeray said, why Hindi, for whom Hindi? Don’t you ask anyone? MNS further said that what has been chosen by UP, Rajasthan, Bihar as the third language? They are Hindi -speaking states, but they are backward and the states that do not speak Hindi are moving forward. I respect all languages, whether it is Marathi, Hindi or some other language. The ‘Maratha Empire’ spread to Delhi, but we did not make Marathi mandatory in those states. Many politicians and film stars have studied in English schools in South India but they are proud of Tamil and Telugu languages.
