Union Minister Pralhad Joshi's big statement on Bengaluru stampede, said "CM and Deputy CM should resign immediately"

Union Minister Pralad Joshi demanded that Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar should “resign immediately in connection with the stampede near Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on June 4. 11 people were killed and dozens were injured in this stampede. On the Bangalore stampede, Joshi told reporters, “The state government should take moral responsibility.

Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar should not hold his position even for a moment. The CM and the deputy CM should resign immediately. “He also took a sarcasm at the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, saying that Congress MPs travel all over the world and” talk about everything. “

He said, “If there is any order in the high command, then take action against DK Shivkumar first. Rahul Gandhi goes all over the world and talks about everything. He does not know about this incident … The government of mismanagement is behaving like crazy. Even after the death of three people near the Chinnaswamy Stadium, CM, Deputy CM, his children, grandchildren, Passenger, Passenger and IAS were taking selfie. Not an unforgivable crime? … The program continued even after the death of 11 people. “

Meanwhile, the Bengaluru Sessions Court on Friday sent four persons including Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) officer Nikhil Sosle and three event managers to judicial custody in connection with the stampede.

Earlier, the Karnataka High Court provided interim relief to the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) officials, who had approached the court demanding the cancellation of the FIR lodged against them in connection with the stampede.

In the interim order, the court directed the state police not to take any punitive action against them till further orders. The High Court postponed the hearing of the case till 9 June. KSCA President Raghu Ram Bhat, Secretary A Shankar, Treasurer ES Jairam and other KSCA officials approached the High Court demanding the cancellation of the FIR.

Nikhil Sosh has also approached the High Court to challenge his arrest. He has claimed that he was arrested without any evidence and before the police conducted a preliminary investigation. Thus, he has demanded to declare his arrest as illegal.

On Thursday, the Bengaluru Police registered an FIR under RCB franchise, DNA Entertainment Private Limited, an event management company and Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) under culpable homicide, illegal gathering and other serious allegations.

A day after the stampede, the Karnataka police suspended several IPS officers, including Bangalore City Police Commissioner B Dayanand. Apart from Dayanand, Additional Police Commissioner Vikas Kumar Vikas, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) Shekhar HT, Assistant Police Commissioner Balakrishna and Kabban Park Police Inspector Girish A.K. It was also suspended with immediate effect.
