Lucknow. Yogi Adityanath’s BJP government in UP took power in the year 2017. With Yogi Adityanath becoming CM, the UP Police was allowed to take strict action against the miscreants. As a result, in the last 8 years, the UP police has broken havoc on the miscreants. UP Police has killed 238 miscreants in an encounter so far in 2017 to 2025. At the same time, according to the data, the UP Police injured 9567 miscreants in the encounter in the last 8 years. Whereas, 30694 criminals have also been arrested by the UP Police.
According to the data of UP’s Home Department, during the BJP government led by CM Yogi Adityanath, 80 in Meerut Mandal, 26 in Varanasi, 20 in Agra, 15 in Bareilly Mandal, 15 in Lucknow, 11 in Kanpur, 11 in Kanpur, 10 in Prayagraj division and 8 in Gorakhpur have been killed by UP Police in encounter. These include mafia Atik’s son Asad and a prize crooks worth millions. There is no district of UP where a crook has been allowed to do criminal activities by the UP police in the last 8 years. Whereas, the miscreants were twenty-two during the non-BJP government in UP. Crimes were taken after dusk and women also stopped coming out.
It was only after the formation of the government in 2017 in UP, CM Yogi Adityanath had given permission to the UP police to take strong action against the miscreants. CM Yogi himself announced from a public meeting that either the crooks of UP should improve or else they will be sent to Yamlok. On receiving the green signal of CM Yogi, the UP police took such a rage that the miscreants who terrorized the people in the state started remembering the grandmother. There are dozens of miscreants who wrote in the plan of not committing crime in future and hanged them in the neck and surrendered to the police stations. Due to the fear of the miscreants, industries are also started in UP. Due to which millions of youth are getting employment.
