Lucknow. UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today attacked Samajwadi Party and Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey on the first day of the monsoon session in the assembly. While reminding of the atrocities on traders during SP’s tenure and goon tax, CM Yogi said that SP’s faith in democracy is only pretense. He also questioned the negative politics of SP in Sambhal, Bahraich and Gorakhpur.
Yogi thundered on Mata Prasad Pandey’s allegations
CM Yogi described Leader of Opposition Mata Prasad Pandey as a senior leader and said that some people are shooting with a gun on his shoulder. CM Yogi said that Mata Prasad Pandey ji, you are senior. Some people are targeting you by placing a gun on your shoulder by making you unnecessarily pawn. You should not let this happen. He termed SP politics on the issue of heritage corridor in Gorakhpur as negative and anti -development.
CM surrounds SP on Gorakhpur heritage corridor
CM Yogi explained in detail about the heritage corridor of Gorakhpur. He said that this corridor will work to connect historical places like Gorakhpur’s oldest market, Ghantaghar and Geetapress. CM Yogi said that he had inspected the Gorakhpur heritage corridor three days before the Leader of Opposition. Talked to each businessman there. It is the oldest market in Gorakhpur, where there was a problem of congestion and illegal occupation. We have started the work of removing road construction and congestion. CM Yogi said that he has assured to give compensation to the traders. The government will ensure that there is no loss during development works. He accused the SP that during his tenure, no development work was done in the region. The Chief Minister also said that innocent children used to die of encephalitis every year during SP’s time. Every year 700 to 1500 children died of encephalitis. Hundreds of children used to die in the assembly constituency of the Leader of Opposition and Siddharthnagar district, but you did nothing. Health, education and development have never been your agenda.
There is tremendous anger among traders towards SP
The CM said that the traders of Gorakhpur had opposed the visit of Mata Prasad Pandey, as the traders had to face fear and goon tax during the SP’s tenure. He said that all the traders of the state have not forgotten the exploitation during the tenure of SP. The traders were apprehensive and angry because you went there without calling and tried to obstruct their development works. CM Yogi further said that the traders respected you. The Chief Minister said that security and development cannot be expected from SP.
SP did naked orgy in Sambhal
Referring to the ‘Naked Tandava’ during the SP government in Sambhal, CM Yogi said that the present government is running a purification campaign there. He said that the negativity that SP has spread in Sambhal, today we are improving it. But the SP does not desist from its old habits and tries to block development.
CM accused SP of being anti -development
CM Yogi accused the SP of being anti -development and said that whether it is possible, Bahraich or Gorakhpur, SP does negative politics everywhere. He said that the BJP and NDA government wants to develop, but the SP feels bad.
