The Samajwadi Party on Monday expelled its three MLAs who voted in support of the BJP candidate during the Rajya Sabha elections.
Rebel leaders Abhay Singh, MLA from Gosainganj, Rakesh Pratap Singh, MLA from Gauriganj and Manoj Pandey, MLA from Unchahar, have been expelled from the party for supporting their communal divisive negativity and farmers, women, youth, businessmen, working professional and ‘anti -PDA’ ideology.
SP said in an official statement, “In the Samajwadi Party public interest, the following MLAs in the public interest relaxed the party due to their communal divisive negativity and socialist harmonious positive ideology politics due to supporting the party due to supporting farmers, women, youth, business, working professionals and ‘anti -PDA’ ideology: Unchahar Shri Manoj Kumar Pandey. “
The statement said, “The deferment given to these people for heart change is now complete, the remaining period is due to good conduct. In the future, there will be no place for ‘anti -people’ people in the party and the opposite activities of the party’s original ideology will always be considered unforgivable.”
According to party sources, the Samajwadi Party can also take action against the remaining rebel MLAs in future. According to Samajwadi Party sources, seven MLAs, including Chief Whip Manoj Pandey, gave a shock to the party by supporting the BJP candidate during the Rajya Sabha election.
Party President Akhilesh Yadav is very angry with this move. After the conclusion of the Lok Sabha elections last year, Yadav has taken steps to cancel the membership of these seven MLAs. After the Lok Sabha election, after the Samajwadi Party won 37 seats in Uttar Pradesh, a group of seven MLAs tried to arrange a meeting with SP leader Akhilesh Yadav to discuss re -joining the party. However, Akhilesh Yadav refused to meet these MLAs and include them in the party.
