Dehradun. On Sunday, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami made three important announcements for students, youth and contract workers on the occasion of the completion of 3 years of the 3-year term of the BJP government in Uttarakhand. The state government will provide financial assistance to the students preparing for competitive examinations and the youth receiving bachelor’s degrees. Training will be provided to develop their employment skills through a dedicated platform. For this, the government will set up a high -level committee. A concrete policy will be prepared soon for regular appointment to Upanal and contract workers. Apart from this, government work up to ten crore rupees will be given to the local contractors of the state.
The Chief Minister made these announcements in a program organized at the parade ground on the occasion of completion of three years of service, good governance and development. The program had a large number of enthusiastic attendance of people. Chief Minister Dhami, in his address, first offered the immortal sacrifices of Uttarakhand and Sardar Bhagat Singh ji, Rajguru ji and Sukhdev ji on the Martyr’s Day. He said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttarakhand has achieved success by facing various challenges. Despite various challenges, in these three years, our state has achieved many notable achievements and set new records, whose echo is heard across the country today.
The Chief Minister said in his address that some people who do not take care of speaking are sometimes heard of regionalism or casteism in the state. He said that if any person from Uttarakhand talks about narrow regionalism or casteism, then he not only does injustice to the agitator who has sacrificed himself for the creation of this region, but he also works against his mother-land.
Three years of achievements and major decisions were kept in front
In the program, the Chief Minister put forward the achievements of the government for three years. He said that for the last three years, while our government has worked towards strengthening infrastructure of all major areas including education, health, roads, sports, drinking water and air connectivity, while making more than 30 new policies related to different regions in the state, he has prepared a detailed roadmap of all -round development of Uttarakhand and has implemented many new schemes. The result is that the progress of Uttarakhand is clearly visible in every field. He provided three gas cylinders to Antyodaya families, 30 percent horizontal reservation for women of the state, ten percent horizontal reservation to state agitators, old age pension facilities, rebuilding sports quota in government jobs, providing scholarship to students, 207 types of pathological investigations specially mentioned.
The Chief Minister also informed about the record reduction in unemployment rate by referring to the category of Achievers in Ease of Doing Business and Leaders in Startup rankings in the Ease of Doing Business, along with the first place to achieve the goals of sustainable development of 2023-24. He said that Uttarakhand has also surpassed the national average by decreasing the state’s unemployment rate by 4.4 percent. He said that the result of our continuous economic reforms is that compared to 2023-24, this year the state’s GDP has registered a 13.59 percent increase. Not only this, we have also left behind the national average by registering an increase of 11.33 percent in per capita income. He also discussed G-20 meetings, Global Investors Summit and National Games organizing.
He said that due to the flow of the holy Ganges of the Uniform Civil Code from Devbhoomi, new energy and enthusiasm has been communicated throughout the country. Referring to the anti -duplicate law in his address, he said that its positive results are coming out. Riot and anti -conversion were also discussed. Regarding the geo-law, he said that this will protect this virtue of Devbhoomi from the land mafia. He said that we fulfilled the promises we made to the public. So far, we have been successful in putting more than 70 percent of our vision letters on the ground in 2022. Other promises will also be fulfilled soon.
Released ‘3 years of’ service, good governance and development ‘booklet
On this occasion, the Chief Minister released the development book of Information and Public Relations Department ‘3 years of service, good governance and development’. It includes decisions, schemes and achievements taken by the government in public interest in 03 years. ‘Devbhoomi Rajat Utsav- Sankalp Se Siddhi’ Digital Release of Kalender and digital launch of content creator competition was also done by the Chief Minister.
Child begging prevention: Honors of 13 children joining the mainstream of education
During the program, 13 children associated with the mainstream of education were honored under the child begging prevention attempt at Sadhuram Inter College Dehradun. A total amount of 10 crore was distributed to the land owners of the land acquired under the Lakhwar multipurpose project. The Chief Minister handed over checks and keys to the beneficiaries under the Atal Awas Yojana. The beneficiaries were benefited from various public welfare schemes of the state government and also gave citation to those who do commendable work. During the program, cultural performances based on the culture of the state were also given by the artists on the completion of 3 years of the government. Earlier, the Chief Minister participated in a road show from Kanak Chowk to Parade Ground on completion of 03 years of the government and also visited various stalls.

On completion of the three years of the government, the main program organized in Dehradun was lively broadcast in all the districts. Several programs were organized up to districts and block levels. People were benefited from various public welfare schemes of the government through health camps and camps. In -charge ministers and other public representatives participated in district level programs as chief guest.
