Demand for Bharat Ratna for Veer Savarkar.
Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray reached Nagpur on Tuesday to participate in the winter session. While holding a press conference in Nagpur, Uddhav Thackeray made a big demand. He said that Veer Savarkar should be given Bharat Ratna. BJP has no right to speak on Savarkar- Uddhav
Uddhav Thackeray said – “Regarding Veer Savarkar, I say why should he not be given Bharat Ratna? He should be given Bharat Ratna. Even today he is the CM. When his demands are not being heeded, BJP has no right to speak on Veer Savarkar.
Congress also targeted
Uddhav Thackeray targeted Congress. He said- “I want to tell both Congress and BJP – Congress should stop doing Savarkar Savarkar and BJP Nehru Nehru. Instead of talking about what happened in the past, we should focus on what we can do in the future. Both Whatever he did during his time is right in his place. Therefore, PM Modi should also not repeat Nehru’s name now.
What did the colleagues say?
