New Delhi: A team of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) inspected Humayun’s tomb in Delhi on Sunday. Members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad have inspected Humayun’s tomb at a time when there is a dispute about Aurangzeb’s tomb. However, after inspecting Humayun’s tomb, on Sunday, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad said that a delegation of the organization “inspected” the mausoleum of Humayun here. He further said that the purpose of this exercise is to “study the historical context of Delhi”.
Inspection of mausoleum
The Delhi unit of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad said in a statement that a delegation of its officials would soon go to inspect the Safdarjung tomb. The delegation of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, who went to the tomb of Humayun, the UNESCO World Heritage Site, was led by Surendra Gupta, Secretary of the Delhi unit of the organization. The statement said, “Surendra Gupta clarified that no controversial meaning of this inspection should be extracted.” It states that the site has been inspected with the aim of “studying historical references” of Delhi province.
Study purpose
The statement further quoted Surendra Gupta as saying, “We are studying the historical context of Delhi province. Our aim is to analyze the land allotted to the rulers of various periods and their contribution. “Surendra Gupta said,” This study is being done to reveal historical facts. “It states that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad delegation will submit its report to the Central Government after inspecting the sites.
Controversy over Aurangzeb’s grave
Explain that the tomb of the second Mughal ruler Humayun’s tomb of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s delegation has taken place in the backdrop of protests by some Hindu organizations demanding the removal of Aurangzeb’s tomb in Maharashtra. India’s GDP was 24% during his rule and the country was a golden bird. Abu Azmi had said that many wrong things have been told in history. The uproar started after Abu Azmi’s statement. A case was registered against him and was suspended from the assembly for the entire session.
