We should not expect ease all the time: Jaishankar said on relations with neighboring countries

External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has said that India should not expect “ease of ease at all times in terms of its relations with neighboring countries.”

Without sharing more details, Jaishankar said, “After all, each of our neighbors should understand that working with India will benefit and you will have to pay a price for not working with India.”

The Foreign Minister said during a dialogue session on ‘DD India’, “Some people take more time to understand it, while some people consider it better. Of course, an exception to this is Pakistan, because it has defined his identity under the army and has a sense of enmity in it. So if you keep Pakistan aside, then this argument will apply everywhere. ”

Jaishankar shared a link for about an hour on his ‘X’ handle on Saturday night.

The Foreign Minister was also asked about the changes in the attitude of the US and China in the last 11 years in a conversation with a strategic expert and asked how New Delhi looks at this change.

Jaishankar said, “As far as America is concerned, yes, it is difficult to guess about it, so at a systematic level, you stabilize it as much as possible.”

He said, “If you have to stand in front of China, we have gone through a very difficult period, so it is important to improve the abilities.”

During the conversation, Jaishankar spoke in detail about India’s intensity in relations with neighboring countries under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the growing close proximity with Gulf countries as well as intensity in relations with ASEAN and Indian regions.
