Kolkata. State Governor CV Anand Bose has praised Mamata Banerjee’s government, opposition parties and security forces, saying no incident of violence in West Bengal on Sunday on the festival of Ram Navami. At the same time, West Bengal BJP President Sukant Majumdar has alleged that vehicles were pelted on the park Circus Seven Point area of Kolkata on Sunday night. Sukant alleges that he was stoned and damaged due to saffron flags in the vehicles. The BJP president alleges that the police present at the scene stood quietly. Sukant has written that this strength of Mamta Banerjee has become completely paralyzed in the politics of appeasement. He wrote that during Ram Navami, the roar of united Bengali Hindus has shook the system. Sukant wrote that Mamata Banerjee’s peace corps is not peaceful. They are nervous. The BJP president has also written that this is the beginning. Kolkata promises that next year the Park Circus area and a large, strong and powerful Ramnavami procession will take place.

On one hand, Sukant Majumdar has accused vehicles of stone pelting in Park Circus area of Kolkata. At the same time, the Governor of West Bengal, praising Ramnavami in the state, has praised for not having violence on Ramnavami that he himself visited different parts of Kolkata. According to Governor CV Anand Bose, he worshiped on Ram Navami and also interacted with people. The governor issued a statement on X saying that people expressed happiness that the festival took place in peace. He said in further statement that the state government, opposition parties, security forces, intelligence agencies and most common people of the state are very cautious to create a peaceful atmosphere. With the collective efforts of all, the festival of Shri Ram Navami was celebrated in the atmosphere of faith and peace.
