New Delhi. Former Delhi government ministers Satyendra Jain and Saurabh Bhardwaj seem to be difficult. Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor (LG) VK Saxena has approved the recommendation to investigate the alleged hospital scam case. The ACB has to investigate the hospital scam. Satyendra Jain and Saurabh Bhardwaj have come to the ACB investigation of the hospital scam. Both have been ministers of the health department during the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi. The complaint of the hospital scam was then filed by BJP MLA Vijender Gupta (now Delhi Assembly Speaker) on 22 August 2024 from LG.

It has been alleged that during the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi, the project related to hospitals was approved in the year 2018-2019. For this, 5590 crore rupees were kept at that time. It is alleged that these projects were delayed. It has also been alleged that 7 ICU hospitals with 6800 beds were to be built by September 2021 within six months. Despite spending more than three years and 800 crores, only 50 percent of these hospitals could be done. Similarly, Rs 465 crore was given for the new block project of LNJP Hospital, but due to delay, the cost of this project increased to 1125 crores. It was also alleged that the Polyclinic project of the Delhi government could not be completed due to corruption.
The BJP has been accusing all corruption during the Delhi government. These include allegations like liquor scam and classroom scam. In the liquor scam, Arvind Kejriwal, who was the CM of Delhi and Manish Sisodia, who was the deputy CM, also went to jail. Apart from these, Aam Aadmi Party MP Sanjay Singh was also sent to jail by the ED in the liquor scam case. Satyendra Jain was also imprisoned in Tihar Jail in Delhi on charges of money laundering. The Supreme Court later granted bail to all. In such a situation, now Saurabh Bhardwaj’s name is also joining a scam. The ACB investigation will reveal how correct the allegation against them.
