New Delhi. It has now reached the Supreme Court after the alleged honeytrap case was raised by senior minister of Karnataka Congress government KN Rajanna. Binay Kumar Singh of Jharkhand has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding an SIT inquiry into the Honeyitrap case. Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna has said that the Karnataka Honeytrap case will be heard tomorrow i.e. Tuesday.

Binay Kumar Singh, who filed a petition in the Supreme Court in the HoneyTrap case, has also expressed concern over the claims of the Minister of the Government of Karnataka. He has said in the petition filed in the Supreme Court that if he has been honeygted, it is an injury to the freedom and credibility of the court. The petitioner has demanded that the Supreme Court should investigate the Honeytrap case under its supervision from the SIT. This petition was mentored in front of Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna. The petitioner’s counsel Barun Sinha described the HoneyTrep case as an important case related to the public interest. He urged that the matter be heard soon. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the Chief Justice spoke of hearing on 25 March.
According to the media, Siddaramaiah is getting instructions from the Congress high command to conduct an inquiry.
KN Rajanna is a senior minister in the Government of Karnataka. On March 20, KN Rajanna claimed that 48 people, including some senior people of the Congress party, ministers of the Karnataka government, ministers and judges of the Center, have been honeytraped. In this case, it has been reported through the media that Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has not yet conducted the investigation due to Rajanna’s claim of being in the honeytrap of the people of the Congress party. According to the media, Siddaramaiah wants instructions from the Congress high command before conducting an inquiry. Women are used in honeytrap.
