This discussion is being held because the district court of Bhopal has ordered a re -investigation into the death of 28 -year -old Sarla Mishra. Sarla Mishra was the leader of the Congress. Sarla Mishra was burnt in suspicious condition on 14 February 1997. Sarla Mishra’s brother Anurag Mishra accused him of killing his sister due to political conspiracy. The name of Digvijay Singh’s brother Laxman Singh also came in this case. Digvijay Singh was the CM in Madhya Pradesh at the time of Sarla Mishra’s death in suspicious condition.

Sarla Mishra was found in a burnt condition at the government residence in TT Nagar, Bhopal. He was admitted to Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal. Seeing the critical condition, Sarla Mishra was treated at Safdarjung Hospital and treated at Safdarjung Hospital. Sarla Mishra died there on 19 February 1997. TT Nagar police station in Bhopal considered Sarla Mishra’s death in suspicious condition as suicide. The police had filed a closure report in this case. Which has been refused to accept which Judicial Magistrate First Class Palak Rai of Bhopal Court. The court has ordered TT Nagar police station to investigate and submit its report in this case.
