New Delhi: The uproar continued in both the houses of the Parliament on Wednesday and the proceedings of the House had to be adjourned repeatedly. Opposition parties led by Congress are continuously protesting in the Parliament complex to corner the government. In this sequence, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was seen staging a unique protest today. As soon as Defense Minister Rajnath Singh reached the Parliament complex by car. Rahul Gandhi, who was protesting, reached Rajnath Singh and started presenting him rose flowers and the tricolor. Meanwhile, other Congress MPs also started giving roses to the Defense Minister and he moved ahead.

Opposition MPs protest with roses

According to the information, opposition MPs on Wednesday staged a unique protest against the government outside the Parliament and gave rose flowers and tricolor flag to the NDA MPs. Leader of opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra were also among the protesters.

Congress MPs said these things

The protesting opposition MPs raised slogans against the BJP and the central government. Congress MP Sukhdev Bhagat accused the BJP government of turning Parliament into a ‘Lajwanti’ (shameful plant). Bhagat said that the House is adjourned as soon as Adani’s name comes up. We are distributing the national flag following parliamentary decorum.

Congress MP Varsha Gaikwad said that we have distributed the national flag and requested them not to sell the country and take the country forward. Unfortunately we are seeing that Adani is running the country these days. Everything is being given to them. The voice of the poor is being suppressed, we are against the conspiracy to sell the country.

BJP hit back at Congress

Meanwhile, BJP MP Nishikant Dubey alleged that the House is being continuously disrupted by opposition members. The opposition is not allowing us to speak. This is the fourth day that Zero Hour has been wasted. They are suppressing my voice. Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) expressed concern on Wednesday, alleging that the relationship between George Soros and the Nehru-Gandhi family extends far beyond Sonia Gandhi’s co-role.
