While hearing the Love Jihad case in the fast track court, he sentenced the culprit Mohammad Aalim to life imprisonment. Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar has written a 42-page judgment in the Love Jihad case. Ravi Kumar Diwakar in his comment said that the first objective of Love Jihad is to change the demography and create a stir at the international level. Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar has also commented that Love Jihad is inspired by fundamentalist groups in a religious group. He says that non-Muslim women are being converted to Islam through this fraudulent marriage. Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar has commented that it is important to keep in mind that such actions do not reflect the entire religious community. Regarding the process of Love Jihad, he has said that there are significant financial resources and in this case it is likely that foreign funding is involved.
Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar believed that Love Jihad is a conspiracy to destabilize India like Pakistan and Bangladesh. He has called it a threat to the unity, integrity and sovereignty of India. Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar has also given the definition of love jihad. He has said that this is a case of illegal conversion. He says that in Love Jihad, men of a particular community specifically target women of other communities in order to convert them to their religion through marriage. People from certain communities marry these women fraudulently under the pretense of love to convert them.
