New Delhi: The news of engineer Atul Subhash committing suicide after being harassed by his wife has shocked people. Before suicide, the engineer had expressed his grief in a 24-page long suicide note and a one and a half hour video. Who is Nikita Singhania?
The Nikita Singhania mentioned by Atul Subhash in his suicide note is his ex-wife. In July this year, the court had given its verdict on the divorce case. Nikita works in an engineering company based in Delhi. Although she is originally from Jaunpur district of UP. Nikita’s family lives in a house located in Khoa Mandi of Kotwali city of Jaunpur. However, today at midnight the mother and brother locked the house and ran away. The video of him running away from home has also surfaced. Nikita’s brother also has a clothes shop near his house in Jaunpur.
When did Nikita and Atul Subhash get married?
Atul Subhash, resident of Vaini police station area of Samastipur district of Bihar, and Nikita Singhania, resident of Jaunpur, UP, were married in the year 2019. According to the information, when Atul Subhash got a job in Bangalore, his parents gave him a matrimonial advertisement for marriage and he got married to Nikita Singhania, a resident of Jaunpur, in 2019. In the year 2020, both of them had a son, but in 2021, there was a rift between the two. At that time, Atul Subhash’s mother-in-law (mother-in-law), Nisha Singhania, came to Jaunpur from Bangalore with her daughter and Atul’s son.
Nikita had filed many cases against Atul
After this, Nikita started working in Delhi and after eight months of separation from Atul, she filed a case of dowry harassment against her husband. The matter went to court. During this time Nikita’s father died. After this, Nikita filed a murder case, holding Atul and his family responsible for her father’s death. In this way Nikita filed nine cases against Atul and his family.
The decision in the divorce case was given in July this year
The divorce case was decided in July this year. The court did not give maintenance allowance to Atul Subhash’s wife Nikita but ordered to pay Rs 40 thousand per month to their son. Asked for court mediation for remaining cases. Atul has written in the suicide note that to hush up all the cases, Nikita and her family first asked for Rs 2 crores. Then demanded Rs 3 crore. Then the demand reached three and a half crores. Frustrated with all this, Atul Subhash committed suicide.
Gift left for son before dying
Before dying, Atul made a video and also told his last wish. He advised his family members to never meet Nikita Singhania or her family members without a camera or two-four people accompanying them. Otherwise she will make some new accusation. Atul Subhash said that after death, Nikita and no member of her family should be allowed to come near her dead body. Atul Subhash has also left a gift for his son and has written that this gift should be opened only when his son turns 18 years old.
