It has been reported from the sources that a person sitting in Pakistan ordered the terrorists in Pahalgam to selectively massacre. The name of this person is Saifullah Khalid. In Jammu and Kashmir, Lashkar-e-Taiba and The Resistance Force i.e. TRF activities are commanded by Saifullah Khalid. She is close to Lashkar chief Hafiz Saeed. According to the information, in 2024, Lashkar-e-Taiba set up a large training camp of terrorists in the forest of Abbottabad in Pakistan. Hundreds of terrorists took training to spread panic in that terrorist training camp. Intelligence agencies had come to know that Saifullah Khalid had given a speech against India in Lashkar camp and said that he would capture Kashmir in 2026.
Saifullah Khalid is the deputy chief of Lashkar. He is also known as Saifullah Kasuri. Saifullah Khalid’s name has come in all major terror attacks. Lashkar has kept all the terrorists nearby to save his life. At the same time, Pakistan’s army also gives protection to Saifullah Khalid. Saifullah Khalid, the mastermind of the Pahalgam attack from the big officers of the Pakistan Army, is close to Khalid. According to media reports, Saifullah Khalid in February 2025 also went to Kanganpur in Punjab province of Pakistan. There he gave inflammatory speeches against India. Saifullah Khalid alias Saifullah Kasuri in Kanganpur also said that he would capture Kashmir by 2 February 2026. He had said that suicide attacks in Kashmir would be intensified.
The TRF whose name is coming in a big terrorist attack in Pahalgam is the mask organization of Lashkar. On 14 February 2019, the name of TRF was first revealed. According to intelligence agencies, Lashkar-e-Taiba has formed a mask organization called TRF to not show his role in the terrorist incident in Kashmir. Most of the terrorists in this are from Pakistan. Saifullah Khalid only sees the functioning of TRF. The army and security forces are constantly trying to destroy the TRF in the Kashmir Valley.
