Shakti Dubey is a resident of Prayagraj. After graduating from Allahabad University, Shakti has done a masters in biochemistry from Banaras Hindu University. Similarly, the third topper of UPSC Dongre Archit Parag is originally from Pune. He has school education from Pune and Mumbai. Archit, who took a BTech degree from VIT Vellore, worked in an IT firm for a year and then started preparing for the civil service. He chose philosophy as an alternative subject.
