Similarly, the third topper of UPSC Dongre Archit Parag is originally from Pune. He has school education from Pune and Mumbai. Archit, who took a BTech degree from VIT Vellore, worked in an IT firm for a year and then started preparing for the civil service. He chose philosophy as an alternative subject.
