Delhi/Jind: Rekha Gupta, who was elected MLA on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket, will be the new Chief Minister of Delhi. She has become an MLA for the first time from Shalimar Bagh Assembly seat in Delhi. As soon as Rekha Gupta’s name was announced, celebrations started in Jind, Haryana. Goyal said that Rekha Gupta has proved that anyone can touch the heights with the spirit of hard work, resolve and social service. Family went to Delhi with father Jayabhagwan
