Delhi/Jind: Rekha Gupta, who was elected MLA on Bharatiya Janata Party ticket, will be the new Chief Minister of Delhi. She has become an MLA for the first time from Shalimar Bagh Assembly seat in Delhi. As soon as Rekha Gupta’s name was announced, celebrations started in Jind, Haryana. Family went to Delhi with father Jayabhagwan
