A woman passenger has been arrested by customs officials at Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport with a huge cache of iPhone 16 Pro Max. According to the information received, the accused woman had brought 26 iPhone 16 Pro Max from Hong Kong.
Entire iPhone recovered from woman’s vanity bag
It has been told by the officials that the woman had brought 26 iPhone 16 Pro Max hidden in her vanity bag. The price of the phone is Rs 37 lakh. The woman had hidden all the smartphones in tissue paper. Just now the Pro Max model of iPhone 16 series has been launched. Its 256GB variant is priced at Rs 1,44,900 in India.
Whereas in Hong Kong, the price of 256GB storage variant has been fixed at Rs 1,09,913. Ispat has been informed by the Customs officials that on the basis of intelligence, Delhi Airport Customs has arrested a female passenger from whom 26 iPhone 16 Pro Max have been recovered. Further action is being taken in this matter.
