It has been informed that women of UP Bihar will get the benefit of this scheme. Arvind Kejriwal has told during the padyatra in Burari Assembly that this scheme will be started soon for mothers and sisters.
It has been told that the benefit of this scheme will also be given to the women of UP Bihar who live in Delhi. Soon the process of registration under this scheme will also be started. A large number of women from UP Bihar live in Delhi, hence they will also be given the benefit of this scheme. But for women to avail the benefits of this scheme, they must have a Delhi voter card.
