Women's bat, bus travel will be free from August 15, claim of CM of this state

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday promised to complete the free bus travel facility for women from Independence Day (15 August). Addressing a public meeting on Nandyal Checkpost in Kurnool district, Chief Minister Naidu reiterated the free bus journey for women and many promises like ‘Annadata Sukhabhav’ and ‘Taliki Vandanam’.

Very soon women free bus travel facility

Naidu said, ‘Very soon we will provide free bus travel facilities to women. If needed, this will be done on Independence Day on August 15. It is the responsibility of this government to arrange for free travel in buses for women from the same time (15 August).

Rs 1,500 monthly assistance to every woman

Before the 2024 elections, Naidu made several welfare promises under the banner of ‘Super Six’, including Rs 1,500 monthly assistance to each woman in the age group of 19 to 59 years, Rs 20 lakh for youth or Rs 3,000 monthly unemployment allowance and free bus travel for women.

Rs 15,000 per year to school going child

There are other schemes under ‘Super Six’. Each school-going child has Rs 15,000 per year (Taliki Vandanam), each family has three free gas cylinders (Deepam-2) and each farmer an annual financial assistance of Rs 20,000 (Annadata Sukhabhav).

This government wants welfare of farmers

On the occasion of the completion of his first year of his tenure, Naidu repeated the promise of ‘Annadata Sukhabhav’ and assured to fulfill it in three installments. He said, ‘This government wants the welfare of farmers. I assure the farmers that beneficial prices will be given. Will come forward to help the farmers and make agriculture profitable.
