New Delhi. There has been a debate once again over the working hours of the employees. Now Google has advised workers to work 60 hours a week. Google’s co-founder Sergi Brin asked his employees to come to office daily and increase their production. He said that Google can become number one in AI race, but for that you will have to work 60 hours. The second SP chief and former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav has also called the employees’ advice impactable as impractical, expressing his opinion on the work life balance.
Akhilesh Yadav wrote on the social media post, “Those who are advising the employee to work for 90 hours, they are not talking about robot instead of a human being because a person wants to live with emotion and family. At the same time, the advice forgot that entertainment and film industry also adds billions of rupees to the economy. These people probably do not know that entertainment makes people feel refreshed, revived and re-energized, which makes the working quality better. These people should not forget that the youth have not only hands, feet or body, there is also a heart that does not want to live openly and talk is not to work for hours, but to work with heart.
According to the SP chief, not quantity, quality of work is most important. The truth is that people sitting at the top of the most profit of the hard work of the youth get sitting and sitting, that is why some such people give impractical advice like ’90 hours working’. Today, people who are giving these advice to the youth, put their hands on the heart and tell them that this idea came to them when they were young. Let us tell you that recently L&T company chairperson SN Subramaniam advised to work for 90 hours a week. Before him, Infosys’s founder Narayan Murthy had talked about 70 hours of work.
