Broken seats, worst employee, pathetic “on ground” support staff, two blunt attitude about customer service! Flying in Air India is not a pleasant experience, but today it broke all records!

However, Air India responded to these complaints of Shergill and apologized for the inconvenience. In response to Shergill’s post, the airline said, “Dear Shergill, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Please share the travel details us through DM. We will contact you.”

Shivraj Singh Chauhan also got broken seat

Earlier, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan criticized Air India on Saturday and said that he was allotted a ‘broken and dhanshi’ seat. Shivraj Chauhan also said that after recovering all the money from the passengers, it is immoral for the airline to sit on a bad and painful seat. After Chauhan shared his experience through a post on ‘X’, Air India apologized for ‘inconvenience’ and ordered an ‘intensive’ inquiry into the incident.

Chauhan said that he was going from Bhopal to Delhi to inaugurate the Pusa Kisan Mela, attending a meeting of Natural Farming Mission in Kurukshetra and discussing with representatives of the Farmers Organization in Chandigarh. The Union Minister said that he had boarded the flight AI 436 from Bhopal to Delhi.

Sit down

The former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh wrote in a post on ‘X’, “I was allotted seat number 8C. I went and sat on the seat, the seat was broken and inside. Sitting was painful. When I asked the aircraft workers that there was a bad seat, there was a bad seat Why allotted? He told the management earlier that this seat is not good, it should not be sold. ” I did that I should change the seat and sit on a good seat, but why should I hurt another friend for myself, I decided that I would sit on this seat and complete my journey after taking Tata management. The service of Air India must have improved, but it turned out to be my illusion. ”

Isn’t it cheated on passengers

He said in his post, “I am not worried about the trouble in sitting but after recovering all the money from the passengers, it is immoral to sit on a bad and painful seat.” Is this not cheating on passengers? Will the Air India management take steps to ensure that a passenger does not have such trouble or will take advantage of the compulsion of passengers to reach early.
