New Delhi. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today offered prayers at the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi temple located in Mathura on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami. During this, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 118 development projects of Mathura-Vrindavan. Yogi Adityanath said that my good fortune is for the last 8-9 years, I come here twice, Janmashtami and Rangotsav, for two big events. Our government decided that we will develop Mathura, Vrindavan, Barsana, Gokul, Baldev, Govardhan and Radha Kund into a pilgrimage and restore its mythological recognition.

The Chief Minister further said, today is auspicious event of holy Janmashtami. On this occasion, wherever I reside in Sanatan Dharmavalambi in the country and the world, I congratulate them on the auspicious date of today. This Brajbhoomi is known for the incarnation of Lord Shri Krishna, an incarnation of Lord Shri Vishnu, already in Brajbhoomi.

Yogi said, Braj Tirtha Vikas Parishad is working here for the development of Braj region. Today Uttar Pradesh is establishing a new paradigm in the world for its spiritual heritage and sophisticated development. The convenience of the devotees who come here and for the conservation of mythological heritage of 5000 years will have to work for modern development. UP CM Yogi said that we have to beware of those who want to weaken the country in the name of caste, in the name of the region, in the name of language. There are many big gaushalas here, the government has decided, whoever takes the responsibility of serving a cow in the Gaushala, then the government will give 1500 rupees to that farmer family every month to serve Gomata.
