In the first quarter of this financial year, this amount was directly transferred to 11,32,240 Divyangs to their bank accounts.
Yogi government is giving benefits of schemes by simplifying beneficiary eligibility
The Aadhaar-based payment system has made these schemes transparent and timely, which has eliminated the possibility of misuse of money. Eligibility assessment has been simplified through online application and public facility centers, which have BPL income limit and medical certificate basis. This step is not only improving the standard of living of leprosy and disabled, but is also helpful in reducing discrimination in society. Backward Classes Welfare and Divyang Empowerment Minister (Independent Charge) Narendra Kashyap said that self -reliance and honor of Divyang and leprosy is in the priorities of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The goal of the Yogi government is to bring these communities into the mainstream and strengthen their economic status. The government is providing benefits of schemes to the differently abled with time -bound and complete transparency.
