New Delhi. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has reacted strongly to Jalaluddin alias Chhangur Baba arrested from UP for running illegal conversion gangs. Yogi has said that preliminary investigation has revealed that Jalaluddin’s activities are not only anti -social but also anti -national. The assets of the accused and all the criminals associated with his gang will be confiscated and strict legal action will be taken. There is no place for those who dissolve peace, harmony and women’s safety in the state. They will be punished according to the law, which became an example for the society.

Please tell that in Madhpur village of Balrampur, UP, the administration has today demolished Jamaluddin alias Chhangur Baba by running a bulldozer on a kothi. This Kothi is named after Neetu alias Nasreen, close to Chhangur Baba. The administration says that this kothi was illegally built on about 3 bighas of land. The UP ATS and STF took joint action and arrested Chhangur Baba on 5 July.
According to the ATS, Chhangur Baba was running an illegal conversion gang from Balrampur in UP. The network of this gang is spread in many states. The ATS has also received information that gang members have traveled to Islamic countries 40 to 50 times. The gang members opened more than 40 bank accounts under different names. Foreign funding of more than 100 crores has also been reported in these accounts, which are being investigated. It is also learned that the rates of conversion of girls of every class including Brahmins, Kshatriyas were also fixed.
