New Delhi. A sensational incident has come to light on the first day of the New Year in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. A young man killed five members of his own family. The police have detained the accused Mohammad Arshad, who carried out this horrific incident. Now a video of the accused is going viral on social media, in which he is expressing his views and pleading for justice from Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Lucknow Police.

Video confession of the accused

In the video, Mohammad Arshad said, “Assalam alaikum, my name is Mohammad Arshad. Tired and fed up with the atrocities of the slum dwellers, I took this step. Today I have killed my sisters and myself with my own hands. To snatch away our house, the people of the colony committed many atrocities. We raised our voice, but no one listened. Have been sleeping on the footpath for 10-15 days. We are wandering in the cold because our house was snatched away by the slum dwellers.”

Arshad claimed that his house was in his name, which he wanted to donate to the temple. He said, “We wanted to change our religion so that we can live peacefully. Lucknow Police and Yogi ji are requested not to spare such Muslims. They occupy land everywhere.”

Statement of the accused on the murder of sisters

Arshad said, “People like Ranu, Aftab Ahmed Ali Khan, Salim Driver and Arif Azhar were planning to sell our sisters in Hyderabad. We did not want to let our sisters be sold. Therefore, out of compulsion, we had to take this step.” In the video, Arshad expressed remorse for his actions and said, “Look, how I killed my helpless sisters. All this happened because of the slum dwellers.”

‘Not every Muslim is wrong’

Arshad also said that people of Bajrang Dal and BJP are not helping him. He alleged that a conspiracy was hatched to implicate him by identifying him as a Bangladeshi. He said, “We wanted to convert so that we could be allowed to live in peace. Not every Muslim is wrong. With folded hands I request PM Modi and CM Yogi to give strict punishment to these culprits.”

Claim of not getting help from Hindus

The accused said that he had decided to convert to Hinduism and wanted to convert his house into a temple. “Our aim was only to live peacefully. But no one helped us. Now we get justice only after our death.”

Police action continues

The police have taken the accused into custody and started investigation. All aspects related to this matter are being investigated. The veracity of the allegations made by the accused will also be investigated.
