YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra accused of espionage for Pakistan, police found concrete evidence

Jyoti Malhotra, a resident of Hisar in Haryana and running a YouTube channel called ‘Travel with Jo’, has been seriously accused of spying for Pakistan. According to reports, the Hisar Police has filed a charge sheet of 2,500 pages after three months of investigation, including concrete evidence of espionage.

According to primary information, she was in contact with Ehsan-ur-Rahim (Danish), an officer at the Pakistan High Commission, who was deported from India. Apart from this, she also belonged to ISI agents Shakir, Hasan Ali and Naseer Dhillon.

The investigation states that Jyoti traveled to Pakistan in April 2024 and traveled to China in June and later Nepal after returning from there. Apart from this, during his visit to Pakistan from Carterpur Corridor, he met several officials including Maryam Nawaz Sharif and also interviewed him.

Police statement: Apart from this, the Punjab Police has also arrested another YouTuber Jasbir Singh. He has also been found connected to Jyoti Malhotra’s detective network and is accused of sharing information about the activities of the Indian Army.

As a precaution, the Odisha Police has started investigating all the content creators of the state, especially of channels that have foreign travels or contacts.
