Ziaurrahman Burke has not yet responded to this recovery notice. On the charge of power theft, the department has now given SP MP Burke to reply on this notice and 7 days. Ziaurrahman Burke’s house is in Sambhal’s Deepa Sarai. After the violence in November in Sambhal, the administration had campaigned to check the electricity connection from house to house in order of strictness.
When the electricity department launched a strict campaign against the power thieves in Sambhal, then on the morning of December 19, electricity was stolen in many places in the city. The electricity department says that power theft was also found at the house of SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke. After which the electricity department sent a notice to Ziaur Rahman Burke and imposed a fine of 1.91 crore. When the SP MP did not respond to the recovery notice, the electricity department sent a second notice to Burke. Which was to be replied by 22 February. According to the electricity department, Ziaurhman Burke has not yet responded to the second notice.
Ziaurrahman Burke has sought time for the second time to respond to the recovery notice of the electricity department. On this, the department has again given 7 days to the SP MP. If Ziaurrahman does not respond to this time limit, the electricity department can also take strict action. Please tell that Ziaurrahman Burke was accused by Sambhal police of committing violence in the city. At the same time, a notice was also issued by the administration to the SP MP on the issue of illegal construction. Shafiqurrahman Burke, the grandfather of Ziaurrahman Burke, was also a SP MP.
