How much money do you get in a year
Let us tell you that PM-Kisan, launched in the year 2019, is a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) initiative. Under this, beneficiary farmers receive an annual amount of Rs 6,000 in three equal installments to meet their financial needs. That is, Rs 2000-2000 is released in the account of farmers every month. In 16 installments, the central government has so far distributed more than Rs 3.04 lakh crore to the farmers under this scheme. More than 11 crore farmers across the country benefit from this scheme.
Money in 3 installments
Under the PM Kisan Yojana, farmers get this money in three installments from the central government. Every year the first installment is transferred from April to July, the second installment from August to November and the third installment from December to March. However, to get the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana, it is mandatory for farmers to register. Sometimes the money of the beneficiaries also gets stuck. In such a situation, for any kind of problem related to PM Kisan Yojana, farmers can contact on the email ID pmkisan-ict@gov.in.
