But no one would be advised to eat so many eggs because you will get protein from other things also. Therefore, although egg is full of protein, eating too much can be harmful for health.

Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi told that definitely we need 50 to 60 grams of protein daily but it should not be fulfilled only by eggs. Consumption of other foods is necessary for protein. If we eat pulses with rice then it will also contain protein. Protein is also present in other things like bread and vegetables. Therefore, if we eat 10 eggs a day, the amount of protein will be very high. Therefore, we should eat only 2 to 3 eggs daily keeping in mind other diet. If we eat more than this, we will have to give up other sources of protein. This is not possible. Therefore, it is better to eat only 2 to 3 eggs daily. However, clinically it is advised to eat one egg daily.

Dr. Priyanka Rohatgi says that if we eat more eggs, more protein will be produced from it. We will not have enough enzymes to digest protein. Then its elements will come out and increase the load on the kidneys. In such a situation, the kidney filter has to work harder to remove toxic substances from the food. He said that apart from the kidneys, the liver will also start getting burdened because the liver produces enzymes to digest eggs. In a British NHS report, quoting research, it has also been claimed that excessive use of Vitamin A can cause osteoporosis in old age. Eggs also contain high amounts of Vitamin A. Keeping all this in mind, eat eggs only once or twice a day.
