Beijing: Along with heavy rain and floods, storm has also wreaked havoc in China. Many people have died in this. Also, a large number of people have been injured. It is being told that a house collapsed due to landslide caused by heavy rain in the south-eastern part of China, killing 11 people. This information was received from Chinese media. A news published in China’s digital news website ‘The Paper’ told that in another incident, a company representative died due to a tree falling due to storm in Shanghai, China.

Officials said on Saturday that these deaths in China were probably caused by tropical cyclone ‘Gami’. China’s state media ‘CCTV’ reported that a landslide collapsed a house in Yuelin village near Hengyang city in Hunan province at around 8 am. An earlier report said that 18 people were trapped due to the landslide and six injured persons were rescued.
