Jagdalpur. A provision of Rs 18 crore four lakh has been made in the budget this year for the development of 34 roads and bridges proposed at a cost of about Rs 88 crore 65 lakh in Bastar district. The work of construction of these roads and bridges will be done by Bastar Division One and Two and Setu Division of Public Works Department.
According to the information received, these include one crore 25 lakh rupees for the construction of a proposed bridge on the Tiriya-Gupteshwar road at a cost of five crore rupees, the renovation of the 12.78 km long route proposed from NH 43 to Belgaum Taragaon at a cost of six crore 50 lakh rupees and One crore 40 lakh rupees for strengthening, 30 lakh rupees for renovation and strengthening of proposed three kilometer long road from NH 63 Dhanpunji to Tikripadar at a cost of one crore 50 lakh rupees, two crore from Karandola Ranigudapara to NH 30 via electricity office. 40 lakhs for a new 1.5 km long road proposed at a cost of Rs. 40 lakhs, from Pathri to Sudhapal proposed at a cost of Rs. 3 crores. 60 lakh has been given for the construction of 3.5 km long road.
Rs 50 lakh for the construction of 2.5 km long road from Mundagaon to Borguda proposed at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore, Rs 60 lakh for construction of proposed three km long road from Sonarpal to Chapka at a cost of Rs 3 crore, from Chhuravand to Kamela Rs.19 lakh for the construction of one kilometer long road proposed at a cost of Rs.95 lakh, Rs.60 lakh for the proposed 3.5-km-long road from Khandsara to Sorgaon at a cost of Rs.3 crore, Rs.3 crore from Gunpur to Jatanpal Gutigudapara 60 lakh has been received for the construction of the proposed 2.8 km long road at a cost of Rs.
Similarly, Rs 60 lakh for the proposed 2.8 km long road from Taragaon to Bhaskeli river at a cost of Rs 3 crore, Rs 50 lakh for the proposed 3 km long road from Manjhipara Bastar to Bhond at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore, Rs.40 lakh for construction of 1.75 km long route from Belguda to Mongrapal proposed at a cost of Rs.2 crore, Rs.80 lakh for construction of proposed five-km long route from Kolchur to Singitarai at a cost of Rs.4 crore.
Rs 50 lakh for the construction of a four kilometer long road from Barda to Talur proposed at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore, Rs 60 lakh for the proposed three kilometer long road from Ichhapur to Bagmohalai at a cost of Rs three crore, from Khadakghat to Kalipur. Rs.90 lakh for the construction of four km long road proposed at a cost of Rs.4.5 crore, Rs.60 lakh for the widening of five-km-long road at Chitrakote proposed at a cost of Rs.3 crore, Rs.4.5 crore in Chitrakot road. Rs 90 lakh for the construction of eight km long route, Rs 50 lakh for the proposed 3.5 km long route from Matnar to Tamra Ghumar at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore has been given in the budget. A provision of Rs 50 lakh has been made for the proposed 3.5 km long road from Badrenga to Limupdar at a cost of Rs 2.5 crore.
