Jaipur. In the implementation of the budget announcement made by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, the last date for application for the new residential schemes launched by Rajasthan Housing Board has come near. Interested applicants can apply in these schemes by 11 June 2025.
Under these schemes, flats and independent houses are being provided in various projects located in Jaipur, Dholpur, Baran and Bundi for various income groups. There are a total of 80 flats in the Ganga apartment in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, there are 160 flats in Gulmohar in Mansarovar, Jaipur, in which double parking is also being provided, along with this, Baran’s Gajanpura residential scheme, Lakheri residential scheme of Bundi and Data Residential Scheme of Dholpur are providing independent houses for different income groups in Bari Road Residential Scheme. The rates are available at extremely affordable rates compared to the rates, rather the application process is also very simple and transparent.

• In major locations, housing, parking, electricity and water system, parks, roads and sewer systems will be available in these schemes
It is noteworthy that these schemes are getting plenty of enthusiasm from the common man, and due to remaining only a few days, the application process is being seen. There is an appeal to all eligible citizens to take advantage of this golden opportunity by applying in time.
How to apply
To apply in these schemes, online registration will have to be done on the board’s website rhb.rajasthan.gov.in.
