Amla juice can be effective in detoxifying the liver during the rainy season. It contains many antioxidants, which help in reducing inflammation by cleaning the dirt of the liver. This juice is also rich in anti-inflammatory properties. Apart from this, many other things can detox the liver.

5 foods to detox your liver

– Lemon is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It helps in flushing out toxic elements from the liver and helps in keeping the liver healthy. Drinking lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning can prove to be very beneficial for the liver.

– Green tea contains antioxidants called catechins, which improve liver functioning and remove toxic elements. Regular consumption of green tea is beneficial for the liver.

– Consuming carrots and beetroot can also improve liver health. Beetroot contains an element called betaine, which repairs liver cells and removes toxins. Carrots contain beta-carotene and antioxidants that increase liver function.

– Ginger contains active ingredients like gingerol and shogaol, which improve digestion and detoxify the liver. While turmeric contains curcumin, which is a powerful antioxidant. It reduces liver inflammation and helps flush out toxins.

– Green leafy vegetables are considered beneficial in liver detox. Spinach contains chlorophyll and antioxidants, which help in cleaning the liver. Apart from this, broccoli contains sulforaphane and vitamin C, which increase the functionality of the liver and detox it.
