Central employees are to get 28 percent dearness allowance in September. But now there is another good news for the employees. The government may soon add dearness allowance for June in this. If this happens, then central employees will get 31 percent dearness allowance instead of 28 percent in September.
Let us tell you that the dearness allowance for June 2021 has not been decided yet, but according to the data of AICPI, it is clear that it will increase by 3 percent. It is not yet known when the payment will be made. According to JCM secretary Shiv Gopal Mishra, an official announcement will be made soon. If dearness allowance increases by 3 per cent then it will be 31 per cent and if this happens then the salary of central employees will increase once again.
According to the 7th Pay Commission matrix, the level-1 salary range of central employees ranges from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900. That is, the minimum salary of central employees is Rs 18,000. We calculate on this basis how much salary an employee will get in the month of September.

Basic Pay of Employee – Rs 18,000
New Inflation Allowance (28 percent) – Rs 5,040 per month
Current Inflation Allowance (17%) – Rs. 3,060 per month
How much dearness allowance increased – Rs 1,880 per month
Annual increment – Rs. 1,980 x 12 = Rs. 23,760
Calculation on 31 percent inflation allowance
Basic Pay of Employee – Rs 18,000
New Inflation Allowance (31%) – Rs 5,580 per month
Dearness Allowance so far (17 per cent) – Rs 3,060 per month
How much dearness allowance increased – Rs 2,520 per month
Annual increment – Rs. 2,520 x 12 = Rs. 30,240

Now do this calculation on the maximum salary given under Level-1. The maximum salary at Level-1 is Rs 56,900. At the same time, according to the 28 percent allowance, the annual dearness allowance on this basic pay will be Rs 1,71,184. However, if we talk about the difference, then the annual increase in salary will be Rs 75,108.

How much dearness allowance – Rs 7,966 per month
Annual increment – Rs. 7,966 x 12 = Rs. 98,592
The total annual dearness allowance on the basic pay of Rs 56,900 with 31% dearness allowance will be Rs 2,11,668. However, if we talk about the gap, then the annual increase in salary will be Rs 95,592.
