Alwar. 9 people died due to unknown reasons in 3 days amid the scorching heat in Alwar district. This has created an atmosphere of panic among the people. The bodies of all these nine people were found lying in different areas of Alwar city and nearby areas. Only one of these bodies has been identified. Police has got the post-mortem done of three of these bodies as they were three days old. After one body was identified, its post-mortem was done in the presence of family members. At present, the identification of five bodies remains a challenge for the police. It is suspected that many of these people died due to heat. But no official is ready to speak about this.
Due to lack of space to keep dead bodies in the mortuary of Rajiv Gandhi District Hospital of Alwar district headquarters, the process of disposing of unidentified bodies as soon as possible is being adopted. Medical jurist Manoj Kumar, who conducted the post-mortem, says that on Saturday morning, the bodies of 9 people were kept in the mortuary. They are being disposed of. There is only space to keep 4 bodies in the deep freezer. Therefore, the Kotwali police station has got the post-mortem of three unclaimed bodies done. Whether the real reason for their death is heat or something else will be known after the viscera report comes.
